Gotta love the mailman!

Check out these booklets that the mailman brought on Friday. These are the booklets to get us ready for referrals and travel. This only means one thing - WE ARE GETTING VERY CLOSE! I can't believe that with all the ups and downs, our time is almost here. Reading through everything makes it seem very very scary. I'm so scared that we are going to forget to do something. The travel guide has a checklist of about 3 pages of things to bring. China doesn't have any western medicine so that alone will be a shopping spree galore. I'm so nervous and anxious that I'm having trouble typing. Kirk is beyond excited, he can't stop talking about Olivia since these little packages came in the mail. I can only imagine how he'll be when her actual referral comes :-)

Can you say YUMMY???

Check this yummy out! My good friend Cathy dropped by last night with this homemade cake. It's a layered cream cheese pumpkin cake topped with a carmal icing and just look at the walnuts. Mmmmmm Mmmmmmm good. I couldn't even sleep, it was on my mind so much (no joke). There was much more cake there when we went to bed last night.....

3rd Time's a charm

So they say third time is a charm - well I hope so!! I once again screwed up my last blog and seemed to have lost everything - ARRRRRR! I can post to it, but can't get in the darm blog to update settings.

So here I am again with blog number 3 saying that you can follow our journey to China and back. I'm not going to attempt putting things in the template that I see these other brilliant people out there create. I should stick to my old newfie ways - SIMPLE IS BEST!
