Morning Giggles

Olivia woke up this morning happy as could be. She punched a really rough night with her eye infection and nasty cold. The tylonol really rested her and her cold seems to be much better. Her eye infection is starting to go away but still quite pussy in the mornings. It just breaks our heart seeing her cry when we put the drops in but we just have to get her better. I ended up almost passing out and threw up once out of pure worry. I never in a million years thought I could worry this much. She is a true blessing and we are the very lucky parents.

Here's a little clip from this mornings early hour giggles.

Eyedrops are always hard. I was told to put them at the inner corner of the eye and when she opens her eyes, the medicine just runs right in. It's not as invasive as the drop hitting the actual eye.
Colds are tough and if there is a lot of nasal drainage that can sometimes lead to an ear infection which may explain why nights are tough.
The pressure increases when they are laid down.
Some type of antibiotic may be helpful if you can get your hands on something.
Enough mothering, I'm sure you have everything under control.
Enjoy every minute!

Can't wait for some updated pictures. I bet you have more on your mind and in your day to day then blogging.. No time for blogging when your daughter needs you. Enjoy your time in China. Can't wait for you to get back to Toronto to see lots of pictures of you both being loving and caring parents to Miss Olivia.
God Bless.
